Our K-12 Behavioral Threat Assessment and Threat Management training equips school administrators, school resource officers (SROs), law enforcement, first responders, and multidisciplinary school teams with the knowledge and practical skills to identify, assess, and manage individuals who may pose a risk of targeted violence. Grounded in nationally recognized best practices, this evidence-based training emphasizes prevention, early intervention, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. Available in both a 4-hour foundational course and an 8-hour comprehensive training, participants learn to recognize warning behaviors, conduct behavioral threat assessments, develop effective threat management strategies, and strengthen partnerships between schools, law enforcement, and community agencies.
