Leading Multi-Disciplinary Teams

Leading multi-disciplinary teams provides insight into the challenges associated with leading multi-disciplinary teams in the workplace. The focus of this course is on multi-disciplinary first responder and security teams in the professional environment but also applies to many other professional occupations using nontraditional co-worker environments. This course is designed primarily for co-responder threat and crisis response teams where law enforcement are partnered with medical and/or mental health providers. Much like other courses from Direct Vector Solutions, each course is custom made for the client and not only is the instructional material customized for the client, but the instructor is hand selected to fit the audience. The course combines lectures, interactive conversation, and scenario-based training allowing full a complete view of best practices in the multi-disciplinary team environment.
